Surrender

Surrender, the gateway to profound grace,
Unveiling the path to an awakened space,
It asks us to release our grasp on control,
To surrender our ego and let our essence unroll.

In surrender’s arms, the burdens dissolve,
As the ego’s resistance gradually resolves,
A willingness to let go, to relinquish the fight,
Opens the door to truth, shining ever so bright.

Like a river merging into the vast sea,
Surrender merges the self with eternity,
It dissolves the illusion of separateness and strife,
Guiding us towards unity, the essence of life.

Through surrender, we embrace the divine flow,
Letting life’s currents carry us as they go,
It teaches us trust in the grand cosmic plan,
That unfolds with purpose, beyond what we can understand.

Surrender beckons us to release attachments and fear,
To surrender to the present, with clarity clear,
For in surrender’s surrender, we find true liberation,
In the depths of surrender, lies ultimate realization.

It does not imply weakness, but a strength untold,
To surrender the ego, to let the divine unfold,
For the ego’s grip limits our perception and sight,
While surrender expands our awareness, pure and bright.

In surrender’s embrace, ego dissolves away,
Leaving space for wisdom’s gentle sway,
It aligns us with the rhythm of the universe’s song,
Where we discover that we’ve been connected all along.

So let us surrender to the currents unseen,
To the wisdom that lies in the spaces between,
For in surrender’s surrender, we come alive,
Awakening the spirit, allowing truth to thrive.

May this poem of surrender resonate deep within,
Inspiring the journey where enlightenment begins,
For surrender’s role and importance, let it be known,
To surrender is to awaken, to find our true home.
